It's called a Kibbie Cafe. You build it for 500 gold coins but then it seems like it takes all of your gold coins to make the special treats. It is in the mill and tree section. I need more info too! Thanks, I apparently missed that in the description of maxing pets. That certainly makes sense because I DID just level up some of my pets using the released stickers.
