The paint is available through trade post orders but only when you get to the appropriate level. You may need to delete already existing orders and wait for new ones. I agree Joanna. So much more relaxed than other recent events and achievable, level 8 already. Think I’ll slow down and make this one last. Love that the sleigh is on water, so much more like Christmas in the tropics. Thanks devs.

I had this problem too at the start. There is one sweet spot in my game it is at the bottom of the exclamation box, just under it. Once you find it it’s much easier and works every time.
