10/1 unable to connect

I updated my game this s morning, played fine, logged out for a bit and now can not get back in. Loading gets stuck on cleaning sand. Is anyone else's game not loading?

Yes I have been unable to connect for over an hour.

Do much for them saying they sorted server. They are huge joke.

So over the performance of this game.

Been about 20 min since I first tried to connect and had an issue. I hear you, lots of bugs and not being able to connect is bad, but I feel the lack of communication is what is ruining it.

If the server is down for maintenance or w/e reason notification to us the customer should be a given!

Same. Whenever Sita is explaining about the karma points my game just crashes over and over again. I'm so fed up with this game!

Ditto!!!!! Somehow just knew when they put so many 'enhancements' in that it would just cause more bugs, crashes and server errors. They need to fix stuff before they attempt to put new features in!!

They did an update - added the new feature where you get goodies for visiting friends and now their server is crashing!!!
