No reply after I responded to the Support email earlier this week, but Google Play is processing a refund. I did the same thing with the Mid Event Bundle ($4.99) and also got no product, no response, and an email from Google that was a.receipt for my purchase, not that they were processing a refund...

I play on my Android phone. Have island tv constantly. I also play on an Android phone and saw Island TV once for maybe a couple of hours, many months ago, and haven't seen it since. I thought it ceased to exist until I saw it mentioned on another thread a few weeks ago. Is it still in beta testing...

Here in my family we have four PB accounts and we play on windows 10 and android devices. So far only the windows 10 devices had the speed glitch, about three times each.
