Thanks Matt, this happen during last tradefest. I did sent a private message to Pablo and he told me to contact administration. No response yet.

Hi everyone!
I have been trying to get help from someone but no luck yet.
Somehow during last tradefest I lost over 1000 gems. I have no clue how or why.
I sent 3 tickets all I got was the support page.
My problem is not knowing what happen!
Did this happen to anyone before? Just bummed by it!

Totally agree with you....enjoy the game that's the point, not going nuts trying to do all at once!

I'm very desappointed with PB. Somehow and I really have no clue what or why it happen, I lost over 1000 gems during last trade fest. I sent two tickets to PB administration and never got an answer. I did not ask for a refund but I now from Pablo that they have tools to find out how this things happ...

Feed her for pearls. How do I do this? Where do I find her? What do I feed her? You don't feed her for pearls during Tradefest you need to have 15 Shelly the Clam Stickers in order to adopt her once you do that you feed her Shrimp on your on Island as your pet, Shelly the Clam Stickers are only ava...
