Trade fest was great!

Postby Tr4cey » Sat Feb 20, 2016 11:12 am

I'm a few days late here, but I just wanted to mention that I really enjoyed trade fest (as I did previous ones).

I know others have had a moan about it, so I don't want anyone reading (especially developers) to see a one sided set of views.

Please, please don't make it easier. It's supposed to be a challenge, and that's why I like it.

Agreed! Given that I've been patiently waiting at Level 50 for the next update, Tradefest offered enough of a challenge to keep things interesting in the meantime. It's not that hard if you are selective about which trades to keep/delete, and wait to sell at the Trading Post or boat trades until needed for Tradefest. I also find that deleting Trading Post requests for items that take a long time to make will eventually bring requests that can be filled quickly, which helps to meet the Tradefest goals.

I also agree it's supposed to be challenging and help to keep me excited about the game!

Totally agree. I easily finished this one and the previous one. It's about strategy and I like the challenge. Personally I missed the timed trades.

I'm with you all the way! It is about strategy and it is supposed to be a challenge . I've finished all 3 tradefestspots and through refining my strategy reduced my time to complete them. By deleting challenges that take to long, trade post that would take to long , having trade post and boats ready to go into kept an eye on the times on the boats but altimeter I didn't have to send them on their way before I got a boat Challenge . Also stacked mills prior to start of tradefest
Love this game and the challenges of tradefest

I love the trade fests! I was a little worried about this one as I was visiting family from Friday to Sunday. But it all worked out fine with a day and a half to spare. I deleted more this time, and I did have several timed. I think I only missed two of the timed ones. But I love trade fest and get excited reaching each goal. The Lovebirds are my favorite pet now.
Thanks to all the creators!!

Totally agreed! I found this one harder than the previous 2, but nevertheless, the challenge is what makes it interesting to play.
And not finishing does not prevent younfrom moving on in the game, so no worries, try again next time!

I love TradeFest. Didn't finish the first so missed out on the peacock but learned a lot. Took those lessons and completed the next 2. Love the prizes. Looking forward to more TradeFests and update 1.5.
