Honey Bee Bonanza Building Event

A new building event just started. Building a bee hive! Looks like we have to gather special flowers from flower pots, then use the blacksmith to make special flower arrangements to feed the hive. Then looks like the final reward will give us a honey supply? Not sure how it all works yet...still playing with everything.

By harvesting from a Paradise Pot, you can find flowers like Paradise Peony, Aqua Amaryliss, and Karma Camellia.
Use these flowers make “bee-autiful” arrangements like the Peony Parcel, Aqua Amphore, and the Luxurious Lei at the Blacksmith. These arrangements will grow your Honey Bee Hive, so be sure to drop them in!
You can harvest flowers from Paradise Pots for as long as the event is active.
You can find the Honey Bee Hive in the build menu:
As you harvest from the Paradise Pot, you might receive a Karma Camellia. Give it to a friend’s hive and you’ll get a Vivacious Violet in return! You’ll need all the flowers to make a lei.
Jumbo Bee isn’t just busy buzzing around. After the event ends, if you get Honey Bee Hive to Level 15 during the Gathering Event, it will reward 3x Honey in addition to its normal rewards! Now that’s a sweet deal!

Wow. Additional flower pots cost 100 gems
The pots are harvestable every 30 minutes. I yielded one flower from each pot. They may be unlimited, as there is no "_/_ harvests left" to indicate that it is limited.

When I harvested the two they gave us, I got a random flower from each pot. Then the timer reset to 30 mins. It doesn’t look like there is a limit to how many times we can harvest flowers. Hopefully Anchorman Steve will post something. If not, someone is sure to fly through the levels and update us

As best I can tell, the flower pots (which cost $4.99 ea US each or 100 gems after the first two) yield three or four kinds of flowers.
The blue, purple and pink ones are used as ingredients at the blacksmith shop to create floral arrangements to feed the behive. (Why the bees need all that iron in addition to the pollen from the flowers is not made clear.)
We also can feed karma camellias (source unknown - also from the flower pots?) to other players' beehives. On gifting, we receive more of the individual flowers used at the blacksmith. (At least, that's what I got. I guess they could vary as things go on.)
I don't see entries for this event in the bazaar.

Beth, can you tell us exactly what you got for the $4.99 offer shown above please? Looks like it only gave you one additional flower pot, then it says 2,500xp for the hive, and it gave you some treats to share as well?

I kind of love the fact they called them Karma Camellias! I like the event so far, but also confused why PB chose to tie up the blacksmith. I’m making keys and a keg so it’ll be awhile before I get to experiment with the different arrangements. Nice change from building another drafting table!

Maybe the karma camellias are leveling up rewards.
