PB response to 3rd slot ghost shark stickers

RaNeGab, my dear friend, can you please explain to us what you mean by they changed what was being offered? You are not able to see what will be offered next before they offer it, so there is no way that you could have seen the next offer 1+ days before the offer changed.

On another note, I spoke to support directly about the information that you gave to us last month. They said it was a graphics issue and that you misunderstood how it worked. I do have that email from support. But first, I'd like to know what you mean by they changed the offer......

I hope that does not happen to me that it changes, cause I will be able adopt the shark with 5 more stickers

My panther is maxed and my ghost monkey is level 10 with 35 more stickers to go

Thanks Beach And just to be clear, as I explained to RaNeGab, what you currently see in the third slot (that you shared a pic of) is what you last purchased there, and not what will be offered the next time. Many people are confused by this, and so I wanted to make that clear to everyone, even if you already know that .

So you just bought the shark stickers, and that's why it says "sold out" at the top. You will get a new offer in "27d 15h," and we do not know what that next offer will be. There is no way to know ahead of time. And it will be different for everyone. It is partly based on what you have already purchased there, and partly based on chance. Hope that helps everyone understand.

And yes, some people were lucky enough to be offered the phantom shark stickers twice in a row, and were able to adopt it Again, by chance. And yes, no one has maxed the first mate yet at rank 3 (3 stars), that's impossible currently.

I got the ghost Monkey last time and it showed shark before I got the shark stickers? I think, and sorry about making you repeat something

Also weren’t panther stickers offered one tradefest in the first 7 tiers, I’m not sure if it’s my hopeful memory imagination, or it really happened and I can’t find pictures

Hello everyone!!! I know it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to post in this forum and for that, I apologize. Thank you Mauimonkey, as always, for graciously explaining and clearing up any confusion on what shows in the 3rd slot of GSC and how it should be interpreted. Very helpful. You are correct when saying that some players got very lucky by receiving back to back Phantom Shark Stickers and was able to adopt it. Those who didn’t, were at least able to get stickers towards their Ghost Monkey, Panther or their Book of Secrets.

I personally was offered an Epic Ticket last month and 5 more Ghost Monkey Stickers this current offering now at 10/45. This shows how random the offerings can be.

My understanding and knowledge is that the Phantom Shark Stickers is at this moment, intended to be a last resort type of prize. So, only the players that have already completed all the other offers that can appear, should see the Phantom Shark Stickers as their offer. However, we now know that is not what has happened, as planned by the developers, regarding the game mechanisms of PB. Who knows what will happen by the next offering but, I hope that players will be grateful for what is offered to them. As far as I’m concerned, it is still progress towards leveling up the Panther and Ghost Monkey.

I also got 5 Ghost Shark stickers today. My Panther is maxed out and I have 5/45 for the Ghost Monkey. One of my island friends already has the Ghost Shark on her island (looks pretty good) so they must have gotten 5 stickers last month for Shark as well. I thought you had to max the Monkey first. Interesting.

What you see in your third slot now (that you just shared a pic of) is the item you just purchased, the phantom shark. The next item will become available in 27d 15h. It will not show you what the next offer is until the very moment that it is released and becomes available. It has never showed us ahead of time. If it had, then we would have known about other things a month ahead of time, like the shark, the record, BOS and so on.

The panther was originally scheduled to be a TradeFest reward, but the TF was cancelled and so they decided to offer it at GSC instead. Maybe that is what you are remembering As far as I know, it is a GSC exclusive.

MommaKat and Kaiya, yes, wasn't that how it was previously? We had to max the panther before we could get any stickers for the First Mate. That's not the case as we've seen with the Phantom Shark, and currently is at random. I'm glad people have been able to adopt it as well

The real goal of this post is to determine whether I'm being fed a line of bullpoop from PB devs. Any responses to my original question re whether your panther and first mate are maxed out prior to your receiving ghost shark stickers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks to all of you posting this thread as always ...always lovely good advice ..went to mine last night ..I got panther ...I was offered before 5 ghost shark ..we’ll get that ghost shark yet ... as they say patience is a virtue...

To be clear on the records issue:

The issue last time is that people got offered a record that they ALREADY HAD. It is valid to get offered one that you don't have. IMO that sucks, I play with sound off. I now make sure I clear those boats from Anya so I don't have a wasted rotation in the third slot. You can be offered a record in the slot and it can be a valid offer.

Back on topic: I got my first Ghost Shark stickers this month. I have previously adopted both the Monkey and the Panther but neither are maxed.
