Connnection Error Issues?

Hello all,

I've been having a lot of trouble logging into one of my games this morning. I keep getting the error "Apologies... our servers were unable to connect you quick enough. Please force quit and try again!"

It's not happening on my other game though.

Anyone else having the same problem today?

Yes. Can't get in to either of my PB games. I was 2/3 of the way through Lvl 10 in TF.

Hope things are up and running soon!

Same problem. Have forced restart, rebooted iPad, still nothing. Must be on their end. Hopefully fixed soon especially with event going on at present

There are many reports on Facebook groups of similar problems.

PB has been having intermediate connection/server issues for hours. They will hopefully get resolved eventually.

Technical issues can of course arise every now and then. I don't mind at all. But I do mind that PB does not tell its players here in the forums or on Twitter or on the homepage.

Here we go again!!

We just had this problem and again during events.

Well, an event is always ongoing, but still, same issue again.



I've accepted the terms already, multiple times, did the force quit, and waited to restart, multiple times.

Still no luck.

Yes, it would be nice to have announcement, "Try back at "6:00pm" let's say.

Thank you for replying everyone... I"m happy to hear I'm not alone with the connection issues. My iPad blew up the other day and just got a new one yesterday, so I was worried it had something to do with that, but thankfully it's just a coincidence.

It sucks to have this happen in the middle of TF, though. Fingers crossed they get it fixed so I am able to finish Tier 9 and get the hummingbird stickers. That's all I care about this time!

P.S. It sure WOULD be nice if we could get a message saying they were working on things, and/or a post on their FB page telling us what was happening and when they expect to have things fixed. Sigh...

I finally was able to connect my android game thru hot spot mobile.
I’ve lost over three hours of my diving session and not to mention Horatio time..
Wesley had to buy my 75 coins axes since WM is still not functioning.
