Need an Undo button or way to not to lose gems for coins

For the third time now, I have fallen asleep playing the game and hit the gems for coins button. I have contacted support twice now and today is the third time. Have any of you had the same problem?? I had almost 600 gems last night and now 211. I hate to have to go to support for this again. Why would I want coins when I already have over $200,000? Ok, rant over, but would really like to see if this happens to you ya'll or not and how you handled it I'm very frustrated.

i usually just make sure the game is closed before i go to bed? but i know one time i started "sleep playing" but fortunately didn't hit any wrong buttons before i realized i was really sleeping and closed it up again. yes, i do occasionally sleep walk as well. don't know if there is a way to prevent this other than to take it out of the bedroom/put it somewhere you can't easily access/ask someone else in the family to move it nightly?

I have done this as well. Maybe a second "are you sure?" step would be nice.

I've bought a few things with gems accidentally too. I do wish there was an "are you sure?" button before a gem purchase goes through.

I managed to trade gems for coins by mistake last week too. I wrote to Support right away and the exchange was reversed the following day. I agree that a confirmation button before trading gems would be a good idea.

Thank you, I have had to do that twice. I don't know if they will reverse it this time or not. I guess it won't hurt to try. 385 gems is a lot to lose for 9,510 coins.

I did accidentally press the gem button too ... no "are you sure" message, I contacted support and asked for a grace on this to have the gems returned ..... NOPE .... sorry we can't do that but suggested that I keep playing to gain more

That's horrible! They should reimburse you!! I admit that I have never bought gems for this game and I won't. So I am not out any money, but still I don't want to spend them accidentally on a meager amount of coins. I find it funny that they have us confirm that we want to buy additional mill slots, but don't when buying coins.
