I asked for better responses to customer surface questions , instead of getting the generic responses so you have to keep responding over and over with the same info

I asked for consistency in rewards on the ghost ship island and why the ghost hedgehog stickers disappeared, probably because they’ll offer the ghost plaidipus for this months reward, I’ll be mad if they don’t give me the start of that pet and let me finish the hedgehog.

I honestly don’t mind the TF/RTF but wish the bonus tiers would give a variety of stickers not just one as has been going on, I’d also like to get my last hummingbird stickers

I also wanted more space in the water and land

Hi. Just opened my game to find a survey from PB re: why I picked this game; what I like about it; what would I like to see more of; etc. Did anyone else get this? I’m not very good with surveys so I probably didn’t say enough. ☺️

I got it yesterday. As soon as I submitted, I thot of more I wished I had said... Oh well.

I also got it and my request, as usual, was for another two level island off to the left of the main island with water space in between the two. I gave my email too, and have received emails from them before, but it was from a ticket I had submitted.

I'm curious how many people who play multiple games got multiple surverys? I've gotten one on my main game, but nothing on the second, anyone with a similar experience?

Yes. I got it on my main game but not the second. That could be by design or just chance. It looks like the survey only went to a small sample of users, so maybe it’s just that odds are against getting it in multiple games.

But telling them why I picked this game in the first place is now not really applicable, since they have changed it so much over time. It would be far more useful to ask us why we have stayed with it, and if they had the courage to do so, to ask whether we are playing less than we used to and why, or whether we are considering giving up.

I put in a BIG plea for them to stop the back-to-back events. I said it would be nice to have a period of time when we could just play normally, and suggested one event a month - TF or other - would be sufficient. I’ve completely ignored the retrofest that just finished, and it allowed me to work on the areas of the game that I wanted to, instead of not feeding pets in case Horatio wanted a certain number of fish in stock, or not harvesting anything until asked, or not building anything that took time - like powder kegs - in case he suddenly asked for nails or needles in a time challenge. It was very refreshing.
