There's a huge post about it in here, the Spooky Spire (purple one) is the one that triggers the rewards for the witch hut and leaf pile. The potions for this one is also what will be in the final last chance offer once the current one ends

Yes, you’ll have to reload your game and maybe even restart your device. Then they should appear in your build menu.
