Is anyone else experiencing crummy boat orders?

Almost all my boat orders yesterday and today are not offering the usual extra item. About the only ones are doubloons and nap pieces. Is this happening to anyone else?

"nap pieces" was about all PB was giving anyone who wanted to finish the event with only 2 cauldrons.
