Here is a short guide through the situation:

What happens to my game/items?
The game will officially shut down on 17th of May 2019. This means that you'll no longer be able to play the game and would subsequently lose any stored items at that point. We recommend that you use them prior to this date.


How can i get my money back?
Unfortunately we can't help with any purchase queries on this forum, but you can raise a support ticket (http://support.paradisebaygame.com/support) and a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can.


I want all of my details removed/deleted?
Unfortunately we can't help you with this on the forum, but you can contact our support team here: http://support.paradisebaygame.com/support.


Will the forum be closing?
Yes, this forum will close on the 24th May 2019 to give everyone enough time to save any conversations or pictures that they would like to keep.


Can I convert my gems to money?
You need to use any stored items by the 17th of May 2019, at which point the game servers will be taken down and you will no longer be able to play the game. We recommend that you use these items before the game closes. If you have questions over a recent purchase, you can contact our support team here:http://support.paradisebaygame.com/support.


Can i still contact support?

Is there no way we can keep the game? I've never quite got my gardens just right & I enjoy messing about with stuff. What makes you need to close it down?

Actually I got this game to level 80 but looking at the signature thing at the end of my last message it seems to think it's at level 59. I love the million gems but I'd rather keep the game. And buy more otter & turtles & stickers for all the pets I have missed.

Sell the game to someone like viking at least they care about customers unlike your company after all i have things i can use because of no room. I never understood why a zoo island wasnt invented so we could keep our animals there and make feeding easier. Shameful you give us useless gems when the game is closed in a month and a bit and its so disrespectful to have all that pay for premium animals and pull this barely a week after... wow all your companies hidden under whatever names should be sued for breech of trust.. all of the leads should be ashamed of themselves... im very angry

Can you not sell the game to another company? Is there not a way to keep it going? There are no other games out there like this...shame to just throw all of the work on your end as well as ours away...just a waste.

This game is so beloved. WHY NOT SELL IT? Lots of sad folks.....sell it to a company willing to make a true go of it. I bought all of the premium animals. That was quick money come and gone. So so sad. Miss the game and miss the folks. Doesn’t make sense. It’s a great game!!!!!
