I was just playing an hour ago. Got back on to play and I've lost everything. Wth? I was on level 63 or 64. Im done.

Was your game connected to facebook? If yes, connect it again to your facebook account.

You are connected to Facebook, right? Facebook saves your game to their servers, so your game is saved. I am not on Facebook but a lot of folks in this forum are. Please wait...Someone will help you reconnect.
You can also PM Pablophonix or submit a Support Ticket but it would probably be quicker to wait for someone here.

Hi Hannadie, Does Nome sign into PB first and then connect to Facebook that way?

Use the settings icon in the upper left corner of your game and there is a big Connect to Facebook link.
I so wish PB would come up with their own, in game save function that lets us keep a save file on our own devices. We see so many of this kind of post. While they are at it, maybe they can also manage our Game ID and add an avatar so we won't see so many mouse/ monkey heads.

Thanks Beth, I totally agree! I have no backup except for The Cloud and I would like to be more than a monkey face. 
At least give my in-game avatar the same as it is here in the forum. They could have a box to check: Forum avatar or Facebook avatar? Check whichever applies.
I don't know about coding computers at all but that doesn't sound very complicated.

Also, when you start PB it will go though the introduction dialog first. Then go to settings and select connect to Facebook. The game will warn you that if you proceed you will lose your progress as guest. That is the introduction progress. Agree to that and then it will connect your Facebook account for the device you are using.
I believe that if you are using Google pl at you can also restore from there. Others have been success getting support to help restore their progress when they do not use either of the other 2 methods.
