Sushi bar or tinker

I have enough either sushi bar or tinker. Any idea which is best?

Sushi. Make sure you have plenty of rice (6 per sushi roll) planted. Also takes 3 seaweed per roll but trades are never ending with sushi

I'll second that. Everybody wants sushi. Takes forever to pull together. Seaweed 20min, rice 20min, crab 20min. Waiting for the ingredients takes longer than the sushi. Makes no sense.
