Collecting iron ore

How do you collect iron ore?

You collect iron ore from your moles. You have to use a backpack.

Mine has collected none.in days.

Make a backback at the workshop.
Collect the backpack from the workshop.
Tap your mole.
Select iron ore from the scroll (on the left).
Drag the backpack down onto the mole.
Wait twenty minutes.
Tap your mole.
Drag the bucket down onto your mole to collect the iron.

So the backpack we give the mole isn't empty? We give him the backpack with the ore in it... Then give the bucket... Then go to storage and our backpack with iron ore is there but no bucket. Isn't the backpack with ore in it in storage the same one we gave mole to make iron ore. I have to admit to being soon confused!!! Help please

The backpack you give mole is empty. You are tapping the picture of what you want mole to collect. Bucket is used by slothes.
