New premium tier

I paid for the new premium tier and it’s still locked. I closed the game and reopened it and still no luck

Same thing happened to me. I actually had to go through the process of trying to buy it twice, because the first time it just locked up while "purchasing" kept displaying. Also, the second time around I lost out on a $1 Google play credit toward the purchase.

Same for me. I sent a ticket to support. Hope this is fixed

I too purchased the premium Tier and it is still locked.
It did not lock up on me, I received my receipt. I also restarted my phone and it did not help. Any other suggestions?

I did get this offer in my Windows game and already collected the first free tier reward.

I do not even have this offer on my iPad game. I checked the App Store and there isn’t any update there.
