YES!! The game crashes as soon as it , and I can't submit a ticket because it won't let me scroll down to the submit button.

The developers seem to hate certain devices, especially the kindle.

Yes I’m experiencing a complete lack of progress due to the fact that my game crashing and the developers seem to be unabke to sort it. Maybe instead of introducing more tradefest etc they should work on the problem

Yes, i need PB to admit they have a problem with players usung, in their opinion, older Apple devices. Get it sorted, I can’t even open the game now so will be missing out on the bear tradefest, which i had nearly finished and the daily rewards. I’ve no access this week to my eindows 10 pc so guess I’m stuffed!

I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer, however the game continues to crash after tradefest Heratio starts talking. I don't even get the rough waters or anything, it just crashes and goes back to my desktop screen. Now what do I do, is this my penalty for hitting level 80?

Update -- I have scanned my computer with three antivirus/malware programs and rebooted my computer, I have uninstalled Bay and reinstalled bay, with some progress, I can play sorta, I can't dive, I can't go to any of my secret islands or to friends islands. The game crashes immediately after clicking on an island to change to.
Not sure that the new game play in Bay is worth all the issues. The fun that I used to have just isn't there anymore.

I had on the 16/01/2019 over 76,000 gold coins then it went down to just over 9,0000 and I didn't make any purchases, I only bought 300 gems @£1..49 each didn't make any other purchases. How do I get them reimbursed please.

To get help with your missing coins, you need to submit a support ticket.

If you have a “contact us” feature in your game settings, it is best to use that. If not, you can use the Support link at the top of each forum page to do it. That feature doesn’t seem to work with some web browsers, tho.

I have submitted several reports to them and they keep saying is check the forum for solutions. So don't know what to Do next.
