Endless loop

I play a level 80 . Yesterday when I logged in, it was @ 35 and it was showing the opening dialogue for a tradefest. It has continued to do that. It just keeps in an endless loop of that opening dialogue. I sent a ticket but the wonderful devs sent me here. Anyone know how I can recover my actual game?

I also am playing at level 80. My points seem to be on an endless loop. I see the counter go up to 15,000 and then it just turns back to 0. Isn’t something else to happen, like you get awarded some other thing like prestige points? Otherwise what is the point?

yes that is on a loop. you get 1 prestige point for every 15,000 you collect. keep track and if you aren't getting them you'll have to submit a ticket and reply to their first auto-response to get to a real person to look at your game directly

Once you reach the max level, every 15,000 xps gets you a prestige point. Trade them in at the Bazaar.
